All LILY FORBES pieces are produced with environmental and social respect in Los Angeles, India, and Peru. 

All LILY FORBES pieces made in Los Angels are produced in house at our studio in Echo Park by Señor Rafael, a true master with one 40 years of experience. In Delhi, India Lily partners with a female-run fair trade production house that employs women facing caste discrimination and provides health and educational services. In Peru, Lily partners with a female-run fair trade knitting group that employs mostly women living in rural communities. 

All LILY FORBES fabric is intentionally sourced, with the environment and worker-wellbeing at the forefront of decision-making. Lily sources remnant, recycled, organic, heritage handwoven, naturally dyed, and humanely harvested fibers. 

Lily visits and works directly with the facilities she sources from to ensure production is completely transparent and ethical.
